My hair looks shiny and healthy and it doesn't frizz when I exercise or step outside (I live in Miami where the humidity is dense almost year round). I've had it in my hair for 2 months now and still looks amazing. Also it doesn't have formaldehyde which is a huge plus. When the hair dresser was blow-drying my hair there was a lot of steam coming off and there was a strong smell. The smell was not unpleasant by any means, just strong.
