My hair is so soft and I can feel the moisture. I also use the Direct Leave-in Weightless Moisture Conditioner. Another product I love is the Tea Tree triple Treat shampoo and conditioner. I use the Giovanni products in conjunction with different oils. After being advised to use a leave-in conditioner with protein in it, I did some research and decided to try this product. I lightly dampened my dry "dirty" (i.e. not recently shampooed) hair with some water and liberally applied NutraFix to small sections of hair, one at a time. I left it on for about 35 minutes without a shower cap -- it did not drip because it's such a thick and creamy consistency, and my hair wasn't wet to begin with. Yes, parts of my hair did feel crunchy by the end of it, but once I shampooed and rinsed out my hair it disappeared. I followed it with a conditioner and then straightened my hair (which I do rarely because when I do my hair looks fried)it was SO soft and silky and shiny...I was so satisfied!
