This conditioner is step 2 of a 4 product suite that treats damaged hair due to over processing. I've used all 4 products (1. shampoo, 2. conditioner, 3. protective leave-on conditioner, 4. conditioning mask) but the two MOST impressive products were the shampoo and this conditioner. I am in my mid-40's and I have thick, frizzy, wavy hair. I have my hair colored and hilighted every 2 months and I use a flat iron each time I style my hair. If you pull on the ends of my hair, it will snap and break. My new stylist recommended these products. I didn't want to buy them because they are SO expensive! Finally I just bought steps 3 and 4.
